    No app is required! The Bemo Ball is designed to be as simple as a flash drive. Just plug it into your computer (Windows or Mac) using the included USB-C cable. It will appear as a folder on your desktop. Simply drag and drop your video or audio files into the folder, eject the device, and watch your memories come to life.

    The Bemo Ball accepts most standard video files (MP4, MOV, AVI) and supports high-definition resolution up to 1080p. For the best visual experience, we recommend using high-quality video clips so they look crisp and vibrant on the glowing spherical display.

    Not at all! You can upload standard rectangular (landscape) or vertical (portrait) videos, and the Bemo Ball will play them beautifully. However, for the most immersive "magical orb" effect, we recommend cropping your video to a 1:1 (Square) aspect ratio before uploading. This fills the entire front hemisphere of the 70mm sphere perfectly.

    Yes! It features a built-in rear speaker. You can upload video files with sound, or even standalone audio files (like MP3s) if you want to use it as a unique music player or white noise machine.

    You can upload multiple files! The Bemo Ball will play them in a continuous loop, cycling through your uploaded videos and photos one after another. It’s perfect for creating a "playlist" of a specific vacation, a wedding, or a year of memories.

    The Bemo Ball has an internal rechargeable battery. It charges via the same USB-C port used for data transfer. You can let it run cord-free for a clean, magical look, or keep it plugged in for 24/7 playback on your desk or nightstand.

    1. How long will it take to get my Bemo Ball?
    We know you're excited to start reliving your memories! We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey.

    2. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all Bemo Ball orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout—the price you see is the price you pay.

    3. What is your return policy?
    We want you to love your Bemo Ball. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories (cable and manual).

    4. How do I start a return?
    It's easy. Just email our support team at support@bemoball.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

    5. My product arrived damaged or isn't working. What do I do?
    We stand by the quality of our magical tech. If your Bemo Ball arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you—no questions asked.
